Lately I’ve been hearing something from customers that honestly makes me a bit sad.

A few people have come to us after being told their fairly new Bernina machine was “unrepairable” and should just be thrown in the bin.

What surprised me even more… was that in several cases, they were then encouraged to buy a different brand from the technician instead. That alone should probably make you stop and think for a moment.

Some of these machines were even current models still covered under warranty.

I just wanted to reassure Bernina owners of something important:

💜 Even if the store you originally purchased from has closed (or you've moved to a different area), that does NOT mean your machine suddenly becomes unsupported.

At Two Petals, we’re still happy to help with servicing, repairs, warranty support, and getting your machine back up and running properly.

We genuinely stand by the quality of the brands we sell - regardless of where the machine was originally purchased. A good machine is still a good machine.

And to top off one customer’s frustration recently… the “major fault” that supposedly made her machine unrepairable ended up simply needing a standard adjustment and routine service. After that, it was sewing beautifully again.

Sometimes machines do genuinely develop major faults - that absolutely can happen with any brand or product. But a proper assessment and honest advice matter.
