Every product launch tells a story - and this week, ours was all about fresh flavours and team spirit.

As the Bakery du Jour Lemon Square Danish made its way into stores, we gathered to celebrate in true lemon style. The theme? Simple: bring a lemon-inspired dish and wear a touch of yellow.

Everyone brought their own twist to the table, and the NPD team served extra delicious Lemon Danishes with meringue and candied lemons.

Moments like these aren’t just about food - they’re about connection, collaboration, and celebrating the work that goes into every product we share with our customers.

To celebrate Vegan Awareness month this November, Bakery Du Jour Vegan Croissants were the star ingredient for one of Melbourne's best Vegan chefs! 🥐

We invited Soulful Vegan Food to spend a day with the team to create a lunch that highlighted our specialty pastry.

Smokey curried tofu, marinated mushrooms and Almond chocolate custard croissants were on the menu and devoured with not a single serve left by the end of the day.

The response from those who had never thought to try vegan food, especially when it came to pastry, were incredibly surprised, sparking conversations around vegan food, flavour combinations, pastry and an overall joy for the opportunity to try something new.
