Looking for constructive feedback.
We have set up online shopping at considerable cost but it isn’t taking off. All of our haberdashery is much cheaper than Spotlight even with their sales. We have beautiful dressmaking fabrics from Martin and Savage online. We have quality Kennards quilting fabrics at good prices. We have Fiddlesticks yarn at RRP prices.
It is impossible to put everything in the shop online and at this stage a definite waste of time. What is it that people buy online? What are we doing wrong? Is it just that people rather do in store shopping? 🤔
