Re-introducing Ryan Gregory, the founder & designer behind 3DHD.
"3D Home Designs was born from two things: a love of design and a frustration with the building industry.
As a builder, I saw too many homeowners making enormous decisions without truly understanding what they were going to get. Plans were open to interpretation, expectations didn't always match reality, and uncertainty often led to stress, variations, and disappointment.
I knew there had to be a better way.
By combining my passion for design, technology, and construction, 3DHD was created to give clients complete clarity before construction begins. From natural light and lighting design, to materials, joinery, fixtures, fittings, and the way a home functions day-to-day, our goal is simple: help clients see it, understand it, and love it before it's built.
What I love most today is working with incredible people and helping bring their vision to life. Every family lives differently, and creating spaces that genuinely support the way they live is incredibly rewarding.
But the best part? Visiting a completed project and seeing clients living in the spaces exactly as they imagined. No surprises. No regrets. Just confidence, clarity, and a home they love.
