Ending our week with Boardwalk Starter Kits!! All these fabulous fabrics in the one kit - woohoo!!
If you have ever wanted to start hand-piecing curves this quilt is for you, I love fan blocks and I love big blocks too.

This starter kit will make approximately half the quilt, with lots of room for you to add fabric from your stash - use all the best and brightest prints to create a super scrappy quilt.

I thought you might like to see some more pics of Frank’s Quilt - so here it is it all its natural linen beauty…if you told me year ago I would be incorporating brown and green in a quilt I would have thought you mad. But these colours just work and they are very Frank and his love of trees/nature.

My nature inspired Frank’s Quilt is NOW available as a pattern, starter kit & pdf pattern.
-
The starting point of Frank’s Quilt was my husband’s love for nature, particularly his work with timber and trees. Of course, this meant I began with predominately brown and green fabrics, but the colour palette broadened into purples, rusts and mustards over time. I really enjoyed using the 100% linen to complement these colours, which perfectly suited the ‘natural’ theme.
