Platinum Blinds & Awnings is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Manager to lead our Luxaflex showroom operations in Moruya. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a carpentry or trade background (or Home Renovator) who enjoys working with people, delivering tailored solutions, and driving sales performance with an eye for detail...who perhaps wants to get off the tools and into a role where they can utilize their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Consult with Clients to design and recommend Blinds and Awnings
2. Consult on-site measures and quote appointments from Bermagui - Batemans Bay.
3. Build Strong Relationship with Customers and deliver exceptional service.
4. Lead and support the sales process from on site to installation.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets.
About You:
1. Trade background preferred (carpentry or handyman highly regarded but not absolutely essential as full training will be provided)
2. Strong people skills - confident, friendly and trustworthy.
3. Sales experience a bonus...
4. Practical Mindset with attention to detail
5. Ability to measure accurately and problem solve on site.
6. Self motivated with good organization skills
7. Current Drivers License.
