There’s something about adding beautiful window furnishings that instantly makes a new build feel like home.

For this stunning space, we installed ceiling-to-floor S-fold sheers over the sliding doors, combining the softness of the sheers with the clean, modern feel of the white walls and beautiful gold finishes.

The fabric selected is Nettex Rio — Col. Pearl, a beautifully soft fabric to the touch that falls ever so elegantly, finished with a weighted hem for that perfect drape.

The S-fold sheers are designed with a flick stick operation, allowing easy access through the sliding doors while maintaining a beautiful, uninterrupted vision when closed.

They provide the perfect balance of privacy from the outside while still allowing beautiful natural light and vision from the inside out.

A soft, elegant finishing touch that brings the whole space together and makes this brand-new house feel like home. 🤍✨

Every window deserves more than just a covering- it deserves a solution that’s as beautiful as it is functional. ✨

For this home, our focus was creating a clean, timeless finish that enhances every space while giving our client complete control over light, privacy, and comfort. 🤍

🪟 Blockout roller blinds in Vibe fabric Lace were recessed neatly into the window frames for a sleek, minimalist look. Finished with Deluxe Lathe base rails, white fittings, and stainless steel chains, they blend effortlessly into the space while delivering complete blockout when needed.

⚡ For the larger windows, including the master bedroom, we installed motorised roller blinds, allowing effortless operation at the touch of a remote for everyday convenience and luxury.

☁️ To soften the living areas, we completed the installation with ceiling-to-floor S-fold sheer curtains in Nettex Cannes Balsa. Hung on white tracking with a 10cm hem, they create a beautiful flowing drape while filtering natural light and maintaining daytime privacy.

🌿 Operated with a flick stick to help keep the fabric looking its best, these sheers offer the perfect blend of elegance and practicality.

These stunning arched windows were made to be the hero of the space, and our custom ceiling-to-floor S-fold sheers frame them perfectly. They soften the room, gently filter natural light, and enhance the home’s beautiful architectural features.

Outdoor spaces deserve to be enjoyed all year round 👌🏼

These aluminium plantation shutters were recessed neatly into the barbecue wall openings for a clean built-in finish, adding privacy, airflow and protection from the elements without compromising the look of the space.

To take it a step further, face-fixed zip screens were installed along the open sides — creating a fully enclosed entertaining area that’s comfortable through every season 🌧️🔥

A practical solution for winter while still keeping the space open, functional and looking seamless.

An existing home… ready for its glow-up ✨🏡

Our client wanted that warm, inviting feel but wasn’t quite ready to go super light with a standard sheer. So we found the perfect in-between 🤍

Working alongside their interior designer, Charles Parsons Lima in Chalk was selected, a beautifully textured fabric with a weighted hem, paired with sleek black tracks for that elevated, modern finish 🖤

We see it all the time: clients moving away from heavy, traditional drapery can feel unsure stepping into something lighter. And honestly, we get it… it’s a big change!

That’s exactly why this fabric works so well 🙌🏼
It still gives you that soft, filtered light and openness ☀️ while offering more privacy, insulation, and structure than your typical sheer.

The result? A space that feels lighter, but still grounded. Soft, but still full. Effortless, yet refined ✨
