If you've been following along as this client's dream home comes together, Rowan's back with a quick walkthrough of the galley-style laundry and pantry combination.

A few thoughtful details inside this one, from a concealed hanging rail for drying laundry to Blum shelf-lock soft close on the cabinetry hiding the washer and dryer combo. Quiet decisions that make daily life run a little easier.

Site visits are quietly one of our favourite parts of any project. Walking the build with the homeowner and the trades, talking through how the joinery comes together, and making sure what's on the plans is what ends up in the space... that, and the dog.

Joking aside, site visits are how we keep the work tight. The team's on site regularly through every project, catching small details early and making sure the build is heading exactly where it's meant to.

Meet Rowan, one of our directors. He heads up operations and liaises with builders, trades, and installers from the moment a job leaves the workshop to the day it's signed off on-site.

Last time we walked you through the kitchen on this project. Today we're zooming in on one of the smaller moments, the overhead cupboard above the wet bar.

It's fitted with the Blum Aventos lift system. Lift the front, the whole cabinet opens in one smooth motion, and you've got full access to everything inside. Push it back, soft close takes care of the rest.

The kind of joinery detail that earns its keep across years of daily use.
