Yesterday was a tough one, when people stand out the front of my shop and screw their noses up and say very loudly …….. oh it’s JUST a kitchen shop…..no thanks. It hurts, we are more than that. We are a special place for people to browse and feel comfortable, we are a place for people to enjoy our beautiful products, we are a place where you are made feel welcome, we are a place where we smile and love a chat. But more than that we have been a local shop in our community for over 20 years and in this economic climate we are still trying to be positive. But when people are so rude and obnoxious and full of themselves it rattles you. It doesn’t hurt to be nice and say hello and smile, those things that I will continue to do, so people WILL enjoy our little shop.
