Oooo its Berry liscious... Evie celebrated her Berry 1st Birthday on the weekend.
This georgous cake covered in white chocolate ganache and swiss meringue buttercream cake travelled out of Mudgee, straight to beautiful little Evie. A Tasty Home made strawberry compote filling. Evies mum added her own topper and berries to complete this.

Lets pour a beer to celebrate 70yrs.

Layers of home made vanillia cake , salted caramel swiss meringue buttercream fillings. Covered in a chocolate ganache then a thin layer of fondant.
Air brushed , and the illusion of gravity defying beer can cake.

Its been a busy few weeks. Our grandson turned a big six years old, this years cake theme was "Sonic". Its extra fun making a cake that is a fun design, but what about inside the cake... I made that extra fun too with multi colours.

Bohdi recently celebrated his 1st birthday. His birthday cake theme was his favourite "Trash Truck".
This was 7" cake. All home made cakes, with home made Swiss meringue buttercream fillings - not too sweet and so silky to eat.

Thanks to another local Mudgee business for the card cake topper and edible image.

When a young couple move in next door many treats ago...A friendship grew over fence chats and they became like family.. Brian and Sophie tied the knot recently at Gilbert's and it was beautiful.

Sophie was beautifully determined to gro@@ w all her own florals, which was also the inspiration for the wedding cake colours. Truly a vibrant garden colour theme.
