2 YEARS AGO TODAY OUR POPULAR SHOP IN MUDGEERABA MARKET SHOPPING CENTRE CLOSED FOLLOWING A DECISION BY CENTRE MANAGEMENT TO GIVE OUR SPACE TO THE BWS NEXT DOOR FOR THEIR EXPANSION .
FOR THE 2nd TIME THEY SHOWED THEIR COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR WHAT MVAACC OFFERED THE VILLAGE AFTER HAVING TAKEN OUR FIRST SHOP IN RAILWAY STREET BEFORE MOVING US TO THE LOWER LEVEL .
WE HAD MANY REGULARS AND THOSE WHO LOVED THE FACT THAT THEY COULD POP IN FOR A BROWSE AND A CHAT.
MY DREAM OF BRINGING AN ARTS PRESENCE TO MUDGEERABA WAS SHATTERED .
THEREIN THE IDEA OF MUDGEERABA VILLAGE MARKETS WAS BORN WITH A STRONG DESIRE BY ALL INVOLVED TO STAY TOGETHER AND CONTINUE TO PRESENT THE BEST HAND CRAFTED BEAUTIFUL ITEMS AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES TO OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY .
PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP THIS VALUABLE ASSET IN MUDGEERABA .
WE WILL NOW BE MOVING TO A ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS FORMAT GIVING OUR ARTISANS MORE TIME TO CREATE THEIR MAGIC AND OUR COMMUNITY A SPECIAL EVENT TO LOOK FORWARD TO .

As we start another month a reminder that there will be NO Mudgeeraba Village Markets this month or next .
Our next event will be held on June 14th indoors in the beautiful Mudgeeraba School of Arts Memorial Hall at 62 Railway Street Mudgeeraba .
All your favourites along with some new and exciting vendors will be showcasing their fabulous locally made arts and crafts , homewares , jewellery , woodwork and much much more .
30 vendors already locked in !
This new 3 monthly format allows everyone time to create their magic and present to you the finest of local work from a talented group of artisans .
We start at 9.00am and go through til 1.00pm so plenty of time for a slow start to the day .
Come along and support your local creatives .
There's a large safe undercover childrens play zone to keep the littlies entertained .

Mudgeeraba Village Markets will be back next Sunday March 8th with a celebration of all things creative .
There will be artists and makers showcasing their craft including pottery, jewellery , cards , woodwork , home decor , baby goods , toys and fabric dolls , sewn homewares , fashion accessories and more .
The wonderful artisans will all be in attendance to talk enthusiastically about their passion , answer questions and generally get to know the local community of which they are members .
The work is of a very high quality and made with love for their craft .
Come along and see these beautiful pieces at the Mudgeeraba Memorial Hall , 62 Railway Street Mudgeeraba
between 9.00am and 1.00pm
We are an all weather venue with ramp entrance for those with mobility issues and we are air conditioned .

An added bonus are the delicious scrolls from SCROLLIE HOUSE .
