Rump cap steaks - Wow

Never tried this method before but trust me I will be certainly doing it again...

Method - Slowly smoked the rump cap in the Weber using applewood chunks until it reached an internal temperature of 42 degrees. After allowing to rest for about 30 minutes I sliced into thick steaks before searing over red hot charcoal.

Served medium rare with char grilled vegetables 😋
