Who even am I?!
It’s 6am, -1°, and I’m out Walking. 🥶👣

A few months ago, you couldn't have dragged me out of bed at this hour in freezing weather.
But lately, I’ve been realizing that the biggest shifts in our mindset don't come from massive, overnight life overhauls,
They come from the tiny, everyday choices we make when no one’s watching.

Choosing to listen to Bird Song as they wake over Hubby snoring 🙄
