Directions: Wash and prepare skin. Dispense foam onto a glove or tanning mitt. Using long sweeping motions, apply over legs, arms and body. Use sparingly on elbows, knees, ankles and heels. Skin may be washed after one hour, however for a longer lasting, darker tan we recommend waiting up to 6 hours before showering.
