Mutating Creatures is a small Australia - based design studio, established in Brisbane in 2012. The studio was founded by Caroline Kaup and Michel Cornielje, who express their creativty through the production of ever- evolving and transforming designs. Mutating Creatures specializes in Custom Sustainable Lighting Design, Furniture solutions, Eco -friendly Coffee holders, Graphic Art and 3D Printed

and Handcrafted Jewellery. Every design is a collaboration of technology and imaginative handcraft, a constant dialogue between tradition, culture and machinery. All our products are proudly designed and made in Brisbane, Australia by us. We love the concept of having an idea, then designing, making, sanding, painting, sewing and building it ourselves, from a basic sketch to a finished the finished product. We also want to take care of our environment wherever possible. All our offcuts from our lights and furniture are reused and transformed or added into new designs. Our Sustainable resource

Mutating Creatures uses the highest quality Australian Hoop Pine, a sustainable resource that is 100% plantation grown and managed by HQPlantations. HQPlantations is the largest plantation company in Queensland and is committed to sustainable forest management.
