Project Tierra — a complete transformation.
This apartment started with incredible potential…
but it didn’t feel like a home yet.
👉️ A mattress on the floor.
👉️ Camping furniture in the living room.
👉️ A layout that wasn’t working.
My client worked away regularly and didn’t have the time
to manage a renovation or make hundreds of decisions.
He needed someone to take care of everything —
from interior design through to construction and full furnishing.
So that’s exactly what we did.
We reworked the layout and space planning,
opened up the kitchen and living area,
and created a home that actually functions for everyday living —
with a breakfast bar, integrated joinery, and considered detail throughout.
Every finish you see here
was selected after the space was resolved.
Which is why the home feels calm, cohesive,
and effortless to live in.
Now, it’s a fully designed, renovated and furnished apartment —
ready to walk into and enjoy.
