Rare antique REVOLVING BOOKCASE circa 1877. By John Danner USA. Rope twist carving to the top and bottom -well executed foliate carving under the top. The top is supported with well turned little columns.
8 separated compartments for books . Trade label on the bottom shelf-Danners USA Canton Ohio.
An extremely sturdy Craftsman made treasure. Sits on brass and porcelain casters for movability. Revolves smoothly. Quite rare in this configuration.
