Wesley Mission commissioned artwork 🕊️ 💙

Such a privilege to be invited to create this meaningful artwork during NAIDOC Week for the incredible team at Wesley Mission Maitland.

Wesley Mission Maitland supports children and young people aged 0–18 in out-of-home care and foster care, providing safe, nurturing environments where they can thrive.

This artwork was made even more special because every staff member contributed to its creation. Each person added their own section of dot work, symbolising that every individual plays an important role in supporting children on their journey. Together, their contributions became one connected story—representing unity, collaboration, care, and community.

Created on Wonnarua Country, this piece reflects connection to Country, culture, and the shared commitment to walking alongside children and young people with strength, respect, and compassion.

What a beautiful way to celebrate NAIDOC Week and leave a lasting reminder of the importance of working together to create positive futures.
