🫶🏾Thanks to our wonderful participants who came along to our Fashion Lab denim flowers workshop, late last month at the Newcastle Museum.

🪡 We had a fabulous day using hand sewing techniques with a little bit of machine sewing.

🌼 There was several flowers to choose from and most people decided to make one of each which was fabulous.

We're excited to be partnering with Newcastle Museum to bring you this new workshop - transforming discarded sheets, doona covers and pillowcases into pants!
These 3 hour workshops are suitable for beginners as well as those experienced with machine sewing. Tickets only $10! thanks to support from City of Newcastle.

Such a special place! 8 members of our Upcycle team were very fortunate to spend 2 nights recently, making new curtains for their 10 cabin rooms from discarded curtain fabrics. Our workroom? The spectacular deck in the forest! Thanks to Dan and his team for this opportunity, and check out the new curtains next time you're there (if you haven't been, you really should go)!
