Last week, our Coverite Projects team began site works at Lulworth House with a demolition walkthrough focused on what matters most in a live aged care environment.

From safe access and site set‑up to noise management, safety controls and waste separation, every detail was considered to support staff, residents and day‑to‑day operations.

Dementia-informed design continues to gain momentum across the aged care sector, with our Maranatha House Memory Support Unit recently featured in Build Australia.

The $18 million, 30-bed development in Wellington reflects a broader industry shift toward purpose-built environments that better support residents living with cognitive impairment - particularly in regional communities where demand is growing.
