After a couple of hiccups with a date change and then venue availability I ended up holding a Decoupage Sneaker class last week. It was a small class but the ladies did a fantastic job. One of our ladies was in her mid 70’s and she didn’t have much confidence going into the class but wow her shoes turned out amazing. I think I might steal her design

Unfortunately the sneaker class didn’t go to plan with me having had a headache for 9 weeks, forgetting I had actually put it up and having to shift the date as I was going to Melbourne (where I finally got an injection I couldn’t get here to get rid of said headache) and not being able to get the venue for the new date. Thankfully one of the ladies who booked offered her house for the class so we could do it yesterday after all. Thank you very much Jean. It turned out to be a fantastic class and the shoes made were amazing. Well done ladies

We have a decoupage sneaker class running this coming Tuesday the 1st September at 10am at Shalom Cafe. If you can glue stuff onto things then you can do these sneakers

Still have to put a little more thought into it but who would
like a monthly craft group held at Shalom? It would probably be a Thursday or Friday at about 10am. You could bring your own and we could probably do some workshops occasionally. This is still a thought as I still want flexibility to travel when we can
