Home located on a beautiful rural site
perched on top of a hill that enjoys spectacular coastal views from the Gold Coast to Stradbroke island.

Having won the 2025 HIA Queensland Home of the Year, this home is now representing Queensland at the forthcoming 2026 HIA Australian Housing Awards competing for the coveted Best Custom Home in Australia for 2026. These awards are being held tonight Saturday 18th April on the Gold Coast.

We would like to wish all the best for the awards tonight. The unwavering commitment to quality construction and attention to detail exhibited throughout this entire build with absolute professionalism makes a well deserved winner, should fate play out this way. Regardless of the result, it was an absolute pleasure working with you guys 🙏 - you are champions in our eyes. Of course, this would not have been possible without our amazing clients and exemplary project manager who along this epic journey have now become deer friends.
