This is the OG slicer that I made as prototype before it went on to the website. Every knife gets put through its paces at home for a good year before it’s ready to be offered on the website, a few tweaks here and there but mostly to get a feel for the size and weight. Obviously this one still cuts like a laser - I think the slice has got to be the second most satisfying thing about cooking a steak at home. ( eating of course is the first for the slow folks out there).
