At Blind Makers Pty Ltd, we don’t just sell window coverings; we transform homes across the Sunshine Coast. With over 40 years of local heritage, we’ve built a reputation for innovation and gold-standard service. We are looking for a vibrant Showroom/Admin Assistant to be the face (and the engine room) of our Noosaville headquarters.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Be the Face: Welcome visitors to our showroom and help them find the perfect textures and tech for their space.
Customer Service: Manage phone and email enquiries professionally.
Coordination: Book client appointments and maintain the sales team schedule in our CRM.
Administration: Process transactions and provide general office support.

About You
Experienced: You’ve got a good background in admin or office coordination.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with computers and you pick up new software quickly.
Communication Pro: You’re as confident on the phone as you are in person.
Eagle-Eyed: Attention to detail is a natural ability
Design-Minded: You have a genuine interest in home aesthetics and love helping clients make choices they’ll love.
