YOUR OFFICE IS CHANGING. GOOD FURNITURE STILL HAS A FUTURE. ♻️

An office demolition or strip-out can send years of investment straight to landfill—desks, chairs, storage and fit-out materials that may still have plenty of life left.

According to the City of Sydney’s 2026–2035 waste strategy, Australia generates at least 30,000 tonnes of commercial furniture waste each year, with 95% ending up in landfill.

At AOF Space Design, our roots are in secondhand office furniture. Finding value in what’s already there has been part of our business from the beginning.

When clearing an office, we work hard to:
✅ On-sell suitable furniture so another business can use it.
✅ Repurpose or relocate items to other offices.
✅ Donate suitable furniture to charities that can accept it.
✅ Separate plastics, metals and other recyclable materials for recycling where facilities accept them.

Disposal is our last resort. While we can’t save every item, we explore the options before sending it to landfill.

A fresh new look for the Albury Ski Club lodge.

The old dining tables have made way for a brand-new setup, helping bring the dining space in line with the recent renovation works throughout the lodge.

Simple changes can make a huge difference to the feel of a space, and we think this upgrade has completely transformed the room.

What a project to be part of.

Proud to see this Campos Coffee activation come to life at the Grand Prix, delivered through a strong collaboration between Wotbox, AOF Space Design, OCD InEvents, and of course Campos Coffee.

From concept through to build, fitout, branding integration, and event delivery, this was a great example of what can be achieved when the right teams come together with a clear vision and a tight timeframe.
