The Gil Bennet Rocks and Minerals Collection is open today Easter Saturday 19th April from 10:30am to 2:30pm at Nundle Library, corner of Innes and Jenkins Streets. The Collection features 1,554 geological specimens collected by Gil Bennet from the local area, Australia, and around the world. It also showcases Gil’s lapidary skills, cutting and polishing rocks into spheres to unveil layers of colour and pattern. Library and Visitor Information services also available.
