Just a little note from me after reviewing some CCTV footage from the week.

At around 9:10am on Monday morning, a lady took some treats from the cake shed, but no payment was received. Several hours passed and nothing came through. As the afternoon became much busier, it then becames difficult to match visitors with payments.

(Said woman has messaged and did eventually pay 🫶🏽)

If this was you and you did make payment eventually, please send me a message. It may simply have been an honest mistake.

Going forward, please try not to leave the cake shed without paying first. I know some people prefer to say, “I’ll pay when I get home,” and I completely understand that internet signal can sometimes be unreliable. However, with payments arriving throughout the day and CCTV footage showing visitors coming and going, delayed payments can make it very difficult to keep track of everything accurately.

If you’re unable to pay straight away, please just send me a quick message to let me know. Keeping me in the loop helps avoid any confusion, and I’m always happy to be understanding when there’s a genuine issue.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support and use the cake shed honestly — it’s very much appreciated. 💗
