With the weather warming up, salad season is upon us, so why not pop in and try our new range of salads?! 🥗
Today we have a beautiful chicken basil pesto pasta salad, and an old favourite of mine, bow tie pasta, chicken & seeded mustard with baby corn, champignons and bacon. We will also be addding the good old Greek salad and Caesar salad over the weekend.

We’ve added a few more yummy summery things to our menu this weekend - steak sandwich, BLT, Greek lamb pockets, and our BIG breakfast. Yummmm 😋
And the Froyo machine has been serviced and is ready to cool you down 🍦

Well after 21 years selling timber, it’s time for The Wood Guys (completely separate and unrelated to Hollison’s) to finish up and sell off the last of what timber is left.
Needs to go asap so feel free to make an offer. Would prefer to sell in one lot rather than pick through it.
Listed is the species and quantity, with a price for the lot, $485,000 ono, which is roughly $2600m3. If you only want a few packs of the best stuff, it will be priced accordingly.
Below is a rough estimate of what timber is left - cubic metres per species, all rough sawn, air dried (some kiln dried) ready to use.
Currently in packs of average 1.5m3 per pack, mostly slabs 40mm thick. Mix of furniture grade and craft grade.
Sassafras - 60m3
Huon pine - 30m3
Myrtle - 18m3
Blackwood - 40m3 (plus approx a few packs of 100x100 posts)
Celery Top - 10m3
Tas oak - 20m3 (plus approx a few packs of 100x100 posts)
Prefer to sell as the whole lot, not pick out the best bits.
Can arrange viewing at relatively short notice if needed.
Happy to take offers, as is, where is.
Can negotiate rent on storage to give you time to move it or take over the storage space.

We have quite a few packs of degraded sassafras and myrtle, perfect for craft projects like resin work, cheese boards, pens and knife handles, NOT suitable for dining tables etc.
Selling by the FULL PACK only.
Pack averages 1.5 cubic metres and the price is $900m3.
Mostly slabs roughly 40mm thick, different widths, 2-3.5m long. Air dried outside for 6 years.
Located at Geeveston. Viewing by appointment only on weekdays between 8am - 4pm.
Truck access and forklift available.

The Froyo machine has been getting a workout today!! We’ve got a few more toppings to choose from, which will continue to be added to. If you’re like me and can’t decide, just do what I do and add them all 🤭
The reno’s are still a work in progress but come on in and try it out, it’s YUMMMMOOOOOO!!! 😋
