Rosemary crostini’s with fig, macadamia and honey goat’s cheese mixed with cream cheese and thyme and a dollop of pistachio paste. Topped with fig and garnished with a mix of pistachio, pomegranate and parsley with sprigs of rosemary and elderflowers.
Staff at school seemed pleased 🥰
