Our ancestors have been harvesting, walking, collecting, gathering foods and maintaining this country for many of thousands years.

It's very Important for us to still connect culturally and have traditional food in our diets.

Indigenous Australians have and still face the highest risk of health problems in the world!

All these westernized introduced foods dont help our health issues.

Stay connected to traditional food practices.
It is healthier for our people.

Today I had the honour of playing Yidaki as Elder Uncle Neil gives a welcome and the community came together to raise the Aboriginal flag here in Orange.

The sound of the Yidaki carried through the streets — a reminder of who we are, where we come from, and the strength that still flows through our people.

This march wasn’t just about celebration — it was about connection, culture, and continuing the story for the next generation.

I was arrested for playing Yidaki — the didgeridoo — outside Parliament House. No weapon, no hate, just culture, spirit, and peace.

Now the AFP has announced a new “Social Cohesion Taskforce.”
Sounds harmless, right? Until you realise it could be used to watch, label, and silence everyday Australians — people like me — who express truth through art, ceremony, and freedom.

Imagine that: being treated as a threat for sharing song and spirit on your own Country.
If culture and peace can be criminalised, what does that say about the state of freedom in this land?

I’m not against peace — I breathe it.
But peace cannot be policed.
It grows from truth, transparency, and respect for sovereignty — personal and cultural.

Australia, stay awake.
Because when those who carry peace are seen as dangerous, that’s when freedom is truly under threat.
