Our long time customer in West Perth asked us to step in and help with their renovation project. A huge and time consuming job, not many are capable of doing. This lovely home was brought back to life by the team at Knock Out Floors.

✅ Using our concrete grinders and digging machines, we have removed concrete in the dining area and ground down painted surface of front wardrobe, kitchen and rear loop areas

✅ Supplied and Installed our one of a kind Jarrah look, waterproof hybrid plank flooring in front wardrobe, kitchen and rear loop areas

✅ Re-built structural battens and reinforced existing timber battens in preparation to install solid Jarrah flooring.

✅ Installed solid Jarrah in front wardrobe and repaired flooring in dining room including staggering works (teething in boards with existing)

✅ Using our huge, 12 inch belt/drum sander we have levelled timber planks, removed old, glued, scratched and UV damaged coating

✅ Smoothed surface of flooring with 7 stage sanding process

Stunning Jarrah, a WA timber that is now a protected species. Our customer asked us to help with their new flooring project, before its too late.

✅ Supplied our top of the range 1900x136x14/3mm Engineered, Pre-Finished WA Manjimup Jarrah planks and delivered to site

✅ Taken up old carpet and laminated flooring, removed from site and disposed safely

✅ Grinded and sanded subflooring to remove old grout and glue from under laminated flooring and old carpet

✅ Floating installed engineered timber on top of strata council approved compressed acoustic foam underlay

✅ Supplied and installed matching scotia, door and window trims all around
