Hello, and welcome to our page! Here at Cute and Creative Sister Ceramics we specialise in creating cute, exciting and modern plates. Before we get into more detail about our little business I would like to introduce the ladies behind the scenes. Amelia and Zoe are the sisters behind the magic. Amelia is who you will deal with most of the time as she is our voice. She is the genius behind advertis
ing and speaking to our amazing customers. She is 16 years old and is studying a diploma in Early Childhood Learning. Zoe is the creative one who paints your designs onto the ceramics. She does a great job of putting your thoughts into pictures. She is a 27 year old with 2 children and is studying a Cert IV in Veterinary nursing. Our business is currently based around plates and putting designs onto those, we are open to all ideas though and will try our best to put your design onto anything ceramic. We are located in Pacific Pines, which is on The Gold Coast of Queensland. We welcome pickups, but we also do post Australia wide at a flat rate of $14. Our plates are food safe for finger foods ONLY, which means we don't recommend 'wet' dishes to be used on our plates. Our plates are also dishwasher safe (top rack), but we recommend handwashing, just to be sure that they last as long as they possibly can. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
~ Where are you located? We are located in Pacific Pines on the Gold Coast
~ Can I pay on pickup? We now require all orders to be paid before we begin making them, to ensure they will go to their new loving homes.
~ How much does it cost for a plate? Our normal designs, such as Santa and Easter plates are around $15 for a plain white plate, and $20 if it has a coloured rim.
~ How much for a custom plate? We quote custom plates once we can see the design you would like. It can depend on many things such as the type of plate, how long it would take to create and how much paint we need to use.
~ How much is Postage? Regular postage is $14 Australia wide and Express is $15
~ Are they dishwasher safe? Yes they are, however we recommend hand washing them to ensure they last a long time. A little disclaimer. We do not take any responsibility for designs wearing off, we cannot help how well they last and highly recommend hand washing because of this. We also cannot offer a refund for plates that have already been posted unless they arrive damaged. In this instance we would love for you to contact us so we can work out something for you. If you are local and for some reason cannot pickup your plate at the arranged time or date, please contact us and let us know, we are more than happy to organise another time. Payment is to be made before we start creating the plate, so we can ensure the plate is going to be collected. Thank you so much for reading.
