Had a great day today making butter and learning lots of tricks to make the best flavoured butters. The creamed butter with cinnamon and honey was THE BEST, last pic. The talented Larna from was the teacher. I also got to meet the delightful Karen from frenchconsul who renovated a sandstone cottage in Oatlands and is available on air bnb. And then we had lunch, lamb chops on the barbie, yummy salad, Scottsdale ham and baguette. Such a fun yummy day. Thanks to Larna xx
