We just made this delicious Curried Chicken and Apple Salad for dinner. Oh my goodness, it was delicious!
I was sceptical about having apple in my salad, but it was Tony’s choice tonight and I promised to give it a go. So glad we did, this will be on regular rotation in our house from now on 🥰😍🧑‍🍳

Remember when I showed you the start of our kitchen reno…?

Well—here she is!

We are SO in love with our new kitchen, and to be honest, Thermomix played a big part in making it happen so soon💛

So to celebrate, I’m hosting a couple of small, cosy Thermomix sessions in the new space:

It was our annual Easter games day with the fam on Sunday 🐣💛

We’re trying to keep things a bit more low carb and sugar free at the moment… but still wanted food that actually feels like a treat!

Our contribution for the day….

Zucchini slice muffins (with a little curry added for a flavour hit )
Triple lemon yo-yos (all sugar free)
– lemon curd
– lemon icing filling
– lemon yo-yos

Honestly… SO yum. No one even missed the sugar 🙌

I love that I can tweak recipes like this and still have something that feels a bit special (and doesn’t leave you feeling blah after).

Also… don’t throw out your eggshells or lemon scraps!
I’ve got a super simple Thermie cleaning hack coming next that you’re going to want to try!
