A little behind the scenes of creating Georgie and Lochie’s beautiful spring flower meadow.

The big floral pieces arrive on site, and then comes the fun part, bringing everything together, filling the gaps, moving flowers around and adding all those little touches that make the entire floral story feel cohesive, abundant and full of spring.
It’s lovely watching it transform as you work your way through, until suddenly you step back and there it is, a beautiful sea of spring flowers ready for the wedding day.

This is the part of my job I really love: being on site, surrounded by flowers, and watching the whole vision come together.

So much of creating a wedding is in the details you don’t always see. The positioning of each bloom, the balance of the florals, the finishing touches and making sure everything feels just right within the space.

For Ash and Cam, at the beautiful Montsalvat.
Three Montsalvat weddings in a row, and somehow this venue keeps showing us something completely different every time.

For Ash and Cam, we created a rich, romantic floral setting throughout the chapel, with deep burgundy, crisp white and fresh greens flowing along the pews and around the windows. The low floral meadow-style arrangements worked beautifully with the timber, stone and incredible stained glass, while the candlelight added that extra warmth and atmosphere.

A beautiful setting for a beautiful couple.
