Made to order. And so moreish!
This Baklava candle reminds me of..George & Dina 🤍
George was Dina’s biggest fan — especially when it came to her baklava. And he was just as generous when it came to sharing it.
What I loved most though, was their daily ritual. George would make Dina a Turkish coffee and together they’d sit on the couch in the kitchen, chatting about what they’d pick up from Preston Market for the next meal.
The kitchen really was the heart of their home — filled with warmth, conversation and the smell of Dina’s baklava. Honey, walnut, almond and buttery pastry drifting through the house.
This candle was made to order for a client’s daughter through our Made to Order service. But the scent instantly reminded me of George and Dina, and the beautiful rituals that made their house feel like home.
Notes of butter, maple and honey melt into cinnamon, clove and warm bread, finished with vanilla, sandalwood, tonka bean and brown sugar.
Some scents smell like memories.
This is one of them.
