So this is our Willoughy Way Saddlery process.
1.) You call and discuss what you need .
Arrangements. Can be made for you to ride in a saddle etc. or your horse saddle fitted.
When custom made it is YOUR seat size, YOUR fender length that you ride at.
Also the style of saddle tree will be decided . Different shape horses, different saddle trees fit.
2.) Saddle tree order is placed . These are handmade in Australia.
Time wait depends but between 8 And 10 weeks
3.) When we are notified saddle tree ready to be posted to us you THEN and ONLY then you pay the deposit required.
4.) Saddle making process. Photos during can be sent on request .
5. ) Hand stitching and crafting time aprox 4weeks your saddle ready for delivery to you.
