Thank you to everyone who has entered our competition so far on here and Instagram🙏It’s going to be hard choosing a winner in just over a month away. 🙌

✨On Sunday 9 August we will be at the MakersMade Markets, Kelmscott for a special Father’s Day market. ( 61 River Road, Kelmscott 9-2pm ) Hope to see you there. ✨

Our kitchen has been busy the last couple of weeks. Introducing “ Sicilian Caponata “ ( yes we have a name for it😉 ) a Sicilian sweet and sour Eggplant relish that resembles ratatouille. There a many versions but this recipe was given to me from a very special woman ( RIP ) 💕🍆🍅🌶️🫒🧅

While on a break I decided to invent a new savoury relish. Photos ⬇️ below.

A few ingredients- organic cauliflower, zucchini & fresh homegrown organic paprika’s ( no more clues given 🤣) The problem is can you help us decide on a name for our new relish? Unique name the better. ⁉️

On the weekend we had the pleasure of being apart of another amazing market from City of Belmont, WA and MarketLife. NAIDOC week community market. No words can describe how we are feeling. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone from staff, stall holders, customers and the Mayor Mr Rossi for stopping by and your purchase’s. 💕💕

NAIDOC Week 2026 ran from 5 to 12 July 2026. The national theme was "50 Years of Deadly", celebrating half a century of NAIDOC Week as a powerful movement of cultural pride, resistance, and community. ❤️🖤💛

This Saturday 18th July we will be at the Chidlow Farmers Market. Looking forward to it. ( 10am - 2pm ) ✨

💕What a weekend MakersMade Markets - Kelmscott or should I say week!. A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall, chatted with us, and supported our small business. Seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new ones truly makes my week! If you missed out or want to see more, you can always check out our sweet and savoury jams and relishes at The Collective Tree. Our next market is on Saturday 11th July in Belmont.💕
