My raspberry and white chocolate chip muffins are a favourite ❤️

I’ve converted the recipe to the Thermomix method, making them super easy to whip up in one bowl.

Make a batch, pop them in the freezer, and grab one whenever you feel like it. Just 30 seconds in the microwave and you’ve got a deliciously warm, homemade muffin ready to enjoy. 😋🧁

This recipe has been on my list to make for a while, so I finally took the opportunity when we had a few friends over to watch the footy. 🏉

Wow… it was absolutely amazing and such a hit with everyone! 🤩

The best part? You can do most of the prep the day before, then simply assemble it on the day and pop it in the oven.

Prep the day before:
✅ Caramelise the onions
✅ Make the dough
✅ Prepare the filling

Then on the day, assemble, bake, and enjoy! It makes entertaining so easy. ❤️
