Sheers, curtains, Zipscreens, shutters, interior Ziptraks, artwork and furniture deliveries, we've been all over Perth doing the lot.

It’s just been Chelsea and me, with invaluable help from Leigh at Pork Pies and The Perfect Pickle.

Busy, chaotic and fuelled by tea, but we’re getting through it ☕

Waterfront living on the canals in Mandurah, a fishing boat moored out the back, an oversized mirror making a BIG statement and some seriously fabulous Zipscreen outdoor blinds. 😍

Honestly, some people are just living the dream ☀️🍹🎣

GO BIG OR GO HOME, BABY! 😍🔥

Because when your dining table is big enough to host the last supper, you don't muck around with a piddly little mirror!

You need an absolute WHOPPERDONGER! 🤣

And while we're talking about size, the original pendant in the living area was looking a little lost in this gorgeous space.
So out it went, and in came the stunning Ari pendant!

And WOWZA… what a difference! 😍

Sometimes it's not about changing everything. It's about getting the proportions just right.

Big table. Big mirror. Big pendant. BIG impact! ✨

VERTICAL BLINDS? OH, THE HORROR!

Apparently, vertical blinds belong in offices, come with ugly plastic chains and should've been left in the 90s.

Well, someone forgot to tell Louvolite!

Beautiful fabrics, sleek designer tracks that glide smoother than a baby's bum, and complete control over your light and privacy.
And tucked behind these gorgeous sheers? Absolute perfection. 👌

Now, about those sheers...

Yes, you can buy cheap ones and hang them yourself. But will they hang, fall and feel like these?
I'll let the photos do the talking. 😉

Quality fabric, professional measuring and proper installation make all the difference. Funny how that works!

And while we're here, a little rug lesson!

When I arrived, this rug was turned the other way, touching three walls and catching on the window furnishings.
One quick shuffle, a bit of breathing room around the edges and voilà!

Looks the mutt's nuts, doesn't it?

Sometimes it's the smallest details that make the biggest difference.
Good design isn't always about spending more. It's about knowing what you're doing. 😉

Have you met she who must be obeyed? Miss Daisy! 🐾🤣

Don't be fooled by her size. She takes her security duties VERY seriously… for approximately three seconds.

She'll come charging over to greet you like a complete lunatic, give you a thorough sniff inspection, and then decide you're her new best friend. ❤️

Same breed as our beloved Sir Frank, just with a few extra wires crossed and absolutely no volume control! 🤣
