Hi Everyone,
My name is Sophie. I have 2 ½ kids and am due in March 2024 (I'm aiming for 29 Feb, but hubby thinks that's cruel). I work in the office 3 days a week for 1 job, and from home 4 days a week for the other (looking after 2 kids while pregnant definitely counts as work in my books).

I've had my TM31 for over 5 years, but I was just spoilt for my birthday by my husband who bought be a TM6 for my birthday!!!
Im super excited to use it and this is going to be an eclectic mix of posts about me discovering what I can do with it.

I love using my thermomix, but use it sporadically atm; either multiple times a day or not at all for several weeks. I’ve just become a consultant with the aim to get inspiration from others and utilise my thermy more. I'm definitely no fancy cook so get ready for some epic fails as well as some amazing wins!

There will be a crazy mix of dinners posts, random baking (think kids birthday cakes/christmas etc.), possibly baby foods, and even a spot of thermo cooking while camping (we are crazily looking at heading East next year for 3 months in a caravan with 3 kids under 5 so watch this space.)

I hope you all enjoy watching my journey.
