Based around 25mm ceramic bricks that have ceramic insulation wrapped in 2mm 304 stainless. Plenty of end venting and caste iron grate in the base of the fire pit to assist getting air under the fire.
Then our full range of accessories are available. Cook with Mesh grills, skewers or rod grills. Your choice so it doesnt limit your menu. Drop in the Wings and utility wings. Keeps the body and the bench clean and also can take gastronorms for marinades and seasoning. Then for added productivity and great use of real estate The Chefs Works Station. Adding yakitori rails it gives you additional cooking and resting levels, slotting gastronorms in and even a rotisserie or two.
