Coastal conditions sorted.

We installed 1 fixed panel and 3 manual Ziptrak blinds along the south and west sides of this patio in Secret Harbour — right where the wind and afternoon sun hit the hardest.

Now the space is protected from the strong coastal breeze, while also cutting down the glare and heat from the sun.

A much more comfortable spot to sit back and enjoy the afternoons, without battling the elements.

Making this alfresco work the way it should.

We installed 4 manual Ziptrak blinds to close off the area and make it more comfortable year-round. This job also required some custom flashings to cover larger gaps above the blinds — you can see the difference in the before and after.

Now they can open up the house and use the indoor and outdoor areas as one, without having to worry about insects getting in.

A clean finish that not only looks the part, but works exactly as it should.

Poolside comfort, sorted.

We installed 3 manual Ziptrak blinds around this sitting area so they can enjoy being by the pool without the afternoon sun or wind getting in the way.

Now it’s made for those afternoons that roll into wine time.

This outdoor area has been made usable again!

The main issue here was the harsh afternoon sun hitting the patio and back of the house. The heat and glare made it uncomfortable to sit out there and enjoy the space.

Now, with the blinds installed, they can drop them down in the afternoon, stay cool and comfortable, and still look out over the pool area.

A simple solution that makes a big difference to how the space is used.

Another alfresco transformed.

We installed 3 large manual Ziptrak blinds to fully enclose the area. The main goal was to block the harsh afternoon sun, while also sealing the space off from the weather and insects.

Now they can leave the big sliding doors open and use the indoor and outdoor areas as one continuous space, without the drawbacks.

A simple setup that makes a big difference to how the area is used.

This porch in Halls Head used to cop the full force of the afternoon sun and strong westerly winds, making it a space that was rarely used.

With Ziptrak blinds installed, the area has been completely transformed. The homeowners can now choose when they use the space, not the weather — even on windy days, it’s calm and comfortable inside.

An added bonus is that it also allows their indoor cat to enjoy the outdoors safely, without the risk of escaping.

A recent install where we fitted 4 manual Ziptrak blinds and 1 fixed panel overlooking the pool.

The blinds now give the homeowners a shaded spot to sit behind while still being able to keep an eye on the pool — perfect for those hot afternoons.

We used our Streamline Pelmets in Paperbark, installed in a clean straight line so they blend neatly into the patio and keep the look seamless.
