Art Deco Sideboard

The veneer on this Sideboard had delaminated and had to be steamed off and reglued. We then had to replace the missing veneer to match. It was stripped of old finish, grain filled and French polished by hand. We then waxed it to a satin finish.

Black Upright Piano
We received this piano from Strating Piano's to refurbish the dull and faded finish. We gave it a good clean to remove grime and old wax . We then cut the finish back and refinished it with black polish and waxed to a satin finish.

Mahogany Bow Front Chest of Drawers

The drawer runners had worn down and had to be replaced. Also the drawer rails and guides had furrows worn into them and had to be replaced . We cleaned the cabinet touched up the scratches and marks , then rewaxed , burnished to a satin finish and replaced the back.

Huon Pine Table
This table was badly marked and had to be stripped . We had to bleach out some dark stains. The boards had come apart slightly so we pulled them apart , planed the edges flush added new biscuits , glued and clamped. We pulled the base apart , glued and clamped. Then we French polished and waxed to a satin finish.

Huon Pine Tallboy with fire and water damage. This piece had extensive charing due to fire to the point it had to be cut out or replaced with new sections. We also repaired the worn runners on the big drawers. It was then stripped, hand French polished and waxed.
