We love supporting Australian makers because we are makers too. Both Sandra and Cheryl are indie dyers with nearly 25 years of dyeing experience between us.

When you shop at Cosy Cottage Yarns you’re supporting local indie dyers and suppliers, people who pour themselves into every little part of their business. That passion comes out in every skein, each one an individual work of art.

We have lots of lovely goodies besides roving in stock for our spinners and fibre artists. Our beautiful raw fleeces are new and especially lovely ☺️

They are available in store and online however we can’t ship the raw fleece interstate or internationally sorry.

It’s a perfect Autumn day, the sun is shining, there’s a light chill in the air and the roses in the village are putting on a stunning show. Come by and say hi and spend some time squishing yarn.

It’s a great day to browse all the little trinkets in a relaxing atmosphere.

Our latest Chiaogoo order has arrived and we are expanding our range with Quads and now the interchangeable needle tips come in both 4” and 5” in all sizes.

We also sell a smaller range of Knitpro but we have a gorgeous catalog in the shop you can browse and we will order you anything you need with our next Knitpro order.

We had such a fantastic day at our First local yarn Shop and Spin In day. We are exhausted but our hearts are full.

Thanks to everyone who came out to sit and spin, knit, crochet or just came along to support us and our lovely vendors. The weather was perfect.

Looking forward to doing it all again next year.
