We’re growing — and we’re looking for good people to grow with us.
As ES Ceramics moves into its next stage, we’re looking to connect with a few different kinds of people:
Teachers
Already teaching and keen to teach in a busy, supportive studio with enthusiastic students? Or looking to expand your responsibilities beyond the class itself? We’d love to hear from you.
Studio support / regular shifts
Looking to pick up regular work in a creative studio environment? We’ll need people who are reliable, practical, friendly, and happy helping the studio run smoothly.
Studio potters / production potters
Chasing your own craft or art practice, but also looking to earn a wage in a working production studio? There may be opportunities to get involved in making, production, glazing, firing, prep, and general studio work.
Trainees, apprentices and juniors
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Experience matters, but so does attitude, curiosity, care, and a willingness to learn.
Residencies / visiting makers
Interstate or international potter passing through Adelaide? Or looking for a short-term studio residency? We’re open to conversations.
We’ve got a lot of things in the works and, as we scale, we’ll need the right people around us.
