New 5.0-star Review: "Thanks Peter for your help in choosing the right products to suit my needs. I was kept in the loop re progress of the order; the delivery & set up occurred the day after I moved into my new home which was terrific. The delivery team were professional & did a great job. I’m very happy with the end result- bedhead, mattress & base with drawers. Thank you DialABed."

New 5.0-star Review: "I recently had an excellent experience with Dial A Bed, who organised two custom-made European mattresses for me. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Alan, Peter, and Ian for their exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me through the options with patience and professionalism. The quality of the mattresses is fantastic, and you can really feel the difference with the custom European design. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend Dial A Bed if you’re looking for premium bedding and genuinely helpful service."

New 5.0-star Review: "I found the perfect matress here. So much better and straight-forward reasonable prices compared to all of those con-manned bedding stores that are located in those typical soulless shopping malls which charge exorbitant prices and peddling made-up fantastical mattress features that are insignificant and over emphasised. Dial- a-bed displays a wide enough selection of mattress and bedding selections that are equally as good or better quality and are ‘very’ fairly priced. The sales team at dial-a-bed are knowledgeable, straightforward and are flexible with timings and delivery. It was easy to go to their warehouse showroom to shop for the perfect mattress at a much more reasonable price point than any other overrated shopping centre bed shop who employ cowboy car-salesperson type of sales staff who work off their commissions off prices that are a total ripoff. A word of warning-don’t buy cheap and buy twice! Specifically referring to Chinese made mattresses which have little manufacturing oversight and are endemically terrible in quality, not to mention that it turns into more foreign rubbish on our soil."
