Last week to get your dahlia tuber order and in before we close for shipping. So many gorgeous varieties available (we have been updating quantities throughout the winter).

Dahlia seed - over 30 varieties to choose from.

We hope to have a smaller spring sale but this will only be confirmed once all the pre-sale orders have been sent.

Wishing you a very colourful and fun dahlia season 🌸

I was looking for photos of pineapple lilies this week having dug a massive patch of bulbs (if you want some for your garden they’re on the website with dahlia tubers and seeds, and young plants).

In my search I found these gorgeous photos by the talented Christopher Morrison // Photo Taken a few years ago when I was running a flower workshop in the Adelaide Hills at the stunning home of lovely Christine McCabe Christine McCabe It was one of the first photos taken for our book, Secrets from the Flower Farm.

Pineapple lilies, strawflowers, stocks, nasturtium.

Winter update from the dahlia patch.

It’s very wet and muddy. The tuber clumps are looking really healthy. A bit smaller than last year which is unsurprising given the very late flowering but the quality looks great.

Can’t believe this patch full of flowers a month ago.

Scented stocks and snaps. Wonderful for winter bunches.
These were programmed for Mother’s Day but decided to flower 2 weeks later. Ah well. Means lots of lovely additions for bunches now.
