With the food truck season wrapping up here in Perth, we are back in the workshop full time for the next few months and straight back into building pits.

The racks are getting made up and a few new builds are already underway. 🔥

To help manage the workload, the workshop is now operating by appointment only.

We still have a few build spots available, so if you’re looking to upgrade your current setup or get a brand new pit ready for next summer season, now is the time to lock it in.

We’ve been a bit quiet on here lately… but for good reason 👀🔥

Finally ready to show off the new gravity feed smoker!

This build has taken a lot longer than expected (as they always do 😅) and we’ve still got a few finishing touches to go — but after making some solid changes from our last build, we couldn’t wait any longer… so it was time for a test run today.

Safe to say — we’re loving the new setup already 🙌

Can’t wait to get this dialled in and ready to fire up properly for next month’s Pitmaster Class.
