Phew! Where do we even start with one of our favourite members, Felicity of Felicity Lowe Design?

A member of both the Creative Crafts, Rockingham community and the Rockingham Regional Arts group, Felicity is one of the defining personalities in our lovely little group. She paints, she draws, and she runs workshops at the store, but most of all, she's a fantastic person who never fails to make you feel welcome at the table.

Her sensitivity carries through to her art as well. She is extraordinary at capturing the essence of our local native birds, and her talent extends across a range of mediums, from acrylics, pen and pastels to stained glass and leadlight work. It's no wonder she's been named a finalist for the City of Rockingham Art Prize and is a regular at the Rockingham Arts Centre.

The good news is that you'll find a range of Felicity's work at Creative Crafts, Rockingham. In addition to one-of-a-kind paintings, you'll also find prints, tees, stickers, and more featuring her marvellous designs.

If you're lucky, you might even see her there, too!

Walk into the shop on a Sunday and you just might be lucky enough to catch Graeme Wilkinson doing a live demonstration of one of his fabulous landscapes!

Graeme has been painting for over 15 years, and his incredible talent and eye for colour has resulted in many of the beautiful paintings hanging throughout the shop.

He’s also an absolute delight to chat with. With his cheeky sense of humour, you’re guaranteed to pick up a painting tip or two, and quite possibly a good story along the way!

So, why not pop down to Creative Crafts Rockingham, WA, where you can find both the art and the artist all in one cosy place!

Say hello to Paris, our award winning crochet artist and photographer.

If you've picked up a crocheted toy at the shop lately, it was probably made by Paris. Her work is unmistakable, with meticulous even stitches and the cutest patterns, it's no wonder kids gravitate towards the basket of softies she has on display at the store.

Paris has been crocheting for over 11 years, and has been at Creative Crafts, Rockingham since 2019. Her dedication to her craft has won her a few awards over the years, including at last year's Royal Show.

Paris pops into the shop quite often, and you can find her crocheting away at the table in the corner. Her absolute favourite project to date are her crocheted rabbits with matching dresses.

So whether you're looking for a unique handmade toy that's sure to become a little one's new best friend, or just appreciate locally made, handcrafted wares, pop down to the Rockingham Creative Craft shop, located just behind the Rockingham Museum.

If you're looking for beautiful, unique, embroidered homewares, look no further than these lovely pieces created by Diane. Diane has been sewing, quilting and embroidering since she was just 9, and the sense of craftsmanship that you can only develop over decades is obvious in her work.

Diane has been a part of the RCC for "absolutely ages" and was actually the treasurer for a few years before taking a little break.

We love Diane's work, and if you walk into the store you will find plenty of her cushions, tea cosy's and microwave bowl holders on the shelves.

So pop in the store and explore another of our talented members wares at the Creative Crafts. Rockingham, WA

Thank you so much to everyone that joined our Kinusaiga Whale Workshop today!

Despite the drizzly start, we had a fantastic time piecing together our own Kinusaiga masterpieces in the cosy little RCC shop. It was fascinating to see which fabrics people selected and watch how the colours came together in the end. Everyone did a great job tackling a brand new craft, and it was so great to see people get more confident as they went along.

To those who missed out - don't worry! We are hoping to make these workshops a regular thing, so if you're keen, be sure to drop a comment below to register your interest.
